Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with any item you purchased, you can return it for a full refund (minus original shipping costs). All sale items do not qualify for a return or exchange. You must email Sadistic Toolz within 14-days of receiving your order, prior to shipping anything back. Returned items must be in their original form (ie. not worn or washed) and must have all original labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items show any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. Only items purchased at SadisticToolz.net can be returned.
